Elizabeth McIntyre is the CEO of the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) and MOVE (Measurement of Outdoor Visibility and Exposure), bringing more than 20 years of dynamic, cross-industry leadership to the role. With a deep passion for driving impact, Elizabeth’s career spans governance, brand building, organisational transformation and strategic marketing.
Since stepping into the OMA and MOVE leadership in 2023, she has championed innovation, accountability and commercial growth across Australia’s out-of-home advertising sector. Prior to this, Elizabeth spent 13 years as CEO of Think Brick Australia, Concrete Masonry Association of Australia, and the Australian Roofing Tile Association—transforming perceptions and strategies within the building and design industries.
Her background also includes high-profile roles at Walt Disney Television, the Australian Turf Club and Sports Entertainment Limited, where she helped launch global entertainment franchises such as High School Musical and contributed to the commercial evolution of Ford’s V8 Supercar program.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business, a Master’s in International Business, and executive education from Harvard Business School—reflecting her ongoing commitment to learning and leadership.
